Suspending Joint Rule 3 to extend the time permitted relating to preparation of the conference report as to Com. Sub. for H. B. 2123, Eliminating the interlocutory appeal following transfer of proceedings from juvenile to criminal jurisdiction.
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia, two thirds of the members of each house present agreeing thereto:
That Joint Rule 3 of the Joint Rules of the Senate and House of Delegates is hereby suspended for a period of an additional three days for the express purpose of preparation of the conference report as to Com. Sub. for H. B. 2123.
